Hey! I go by “V. Lauren” on social media, but you can call me, Victoria. I am the lead photographer and founder of V. Lauren Photography.
I specialize in lifestyle, documentary and photojournalism.
My photographic style is largely influenced by my educational background in communication, which began as a college freshman through the student chapter of the National Association of Black Journalists. It was during my brief semester as a journalism major that I bought my first camera and began to document and tell stories. I concentrated my studies in Media & Film and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. I built my portfolio through freelancing, working on assignment and assisting professional photographers. In my sixth year of pursuing photography, I felt that it was time to branch out and launch my own brand: V. Lauren Photography.
