Booking: We kindly ask that you give us at least one week’s notice before booking your portrait shoot or event reservation. All bookings must start with an inquiry. Since availability operates on a first-come, first-served basis, we encourage you to reach out and secure your date as soon as you can. Please note that prices and services may change without prior notice.
Payment: To reserve your place on our calendar, we require a 25-50% retainer. This retainer is non-refundable and will be credited towards your total cost. It is due at the time of booking when you sign the contract, with the remaining balance payable the day before your session. You can make payments using cash, credit or debit cards, bank transfers, as well as Zelle, PayPal, and CashApp.
Cancellation: A 25-50% non-refundable retainer secures your session date and acts as a cancellation fee. If a portrait session is cancelled, the retainer is forfeited, but it can be applied to a future session, if the client reschedules by calling 48-72 hours in advance. If an event is cancelled before the scheduled date, the photographer retains the event retainer as a cancellation fee, while any other payments made will be refunded to the client.
Rescheduling: We recognize that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to change your booking, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to find a new date and time that works for you. If you reschedule by calling 48-72 hours before your original session, your retainer fee can be applied to a future appointment.
Photo Delivery: The photographer will deliver only the edited and final images to the client. Raw or unedited images will not be provided, with the exception of proofs. Clients are licensed to review these proofs, but do not have the rights to store them.
Usage and Rights: We provide licenses for personal and commercial use of photos. These rights are transferred only after the invoice is fully paid. Clients are granted personal use rights, allowing them to print and share the images as they wish. For commercial use of images, please reach out to us to discuss the usage rights and fees.
